Credit Card Policy
All new clients require a credit card on file to book an appointment. With the input of this card number and your signature you consent to us charging your card in the case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show.

Consultation Policy
All consultations are complimentary. This time is specifically set aside just for you and we ask that you treat it like any other appointment. If you need to change or cancel your consultation, our 48 hour policy still applies. If appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours, a $25 charge will be applied to the card on file. No shows will be charged $50 to the card on file.

Exchange/Adjustment Policy
We want you to love your experience and products from Aura! If you have any concerns with your products, please reach out to us within 2 weeks to make an exchange. If you feel your hair needs a small adjustment after your appointment, please reach out to us within 2 weeks and we will book you in for a complimentary adjustment to address any concerns. No refunds.

Extension Deposit Policy

A deposit of the cost of the hair is required at the time of your consultation to hold your installation date.

Cancellation Policy
We have reserved this time especially for you! In the event that you are unable to make your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance to cancel or change your appointment time in order to avoid a service charge to the card on file:        

Within 48 hours:                    50% of the service price
No-show:                                100% of the service price

If you choose to change the service you have booked for on the day of your appointment to a smaller appointment resulting in less time, you may be charged for the cost of the original appointment booked. If your service requires more time than what is originally booked, you may need to be booked for a second appointment in the future to complete that additional request. If it is the stylist's professional recommendation to change your service to a smaller appointment, you will only be charged for the service you receive.

No Show Policy
No-shows will be charged a fee of the total amount of their missed appointment to the card on file.
